The biggest complaint I hear from my clients is that they feel older than their years. They suffer from back pain, aches and stiffness, be it new moms, not so new moms, dads, grandparents or those who are tethered to their desk all day.


Whether you recently gave birth, are coming back from an injury or surgery and have graduated from physical therapy or are taking every effort to avoid surgery, it is extremely important to continue to build strength safely. Your body is different and you may have fear of setbacks. It is essential to build core (abdominal, upper back, and glute) strength, identify & improve muscular imbalances and conquer instability.
